Staff serving food did not have proof of curretn Food Handler Permit. Licensor observed staff who did not have current background checks or the 30 hour Child Care Basic training working unsupervised with children on July 16, 2021. Several staff did not have proof of current CPR/First Aid training or Blood Borne Pathogens training.
